Different time for week 1

I think it would be good in scenarios if you can set a standard turn duration time and one for the first turn.

because in many scenarios you have a lot to do in the first turn like building walls in whole europe/ whole china, ... and here it would be nice to have more time to do that.

what do you think about it?

Good idea. I now have to start at 4 minutes with my Eurasia + Africa and Whole World games because people can never be bothered to accept my changes mid-game.
