It's not a bad word and it's not racist! It means ungenrous; stingy! Search it up! I will not get banned for saying something that isn't bad!

You are correct... it's etymology is different, and predates the racial slur by several centuries. Still, using it in certain contexts can be considered provocative and racially insensitive.
