Cant delete my profile img

I checked the delete mark but if you access it from here:

My old profile is still there.

I need to delete it because it won't allow me to upload a new profile picture.

This is quite an old bug.Usually I let it be and it changes after 2-4 hours.

I happen to have changed my general icon like 10 times in total since I remembered it was ''broken'' today.I already had tried to change it again in the past and same thing happened.It has changed and the image is shown and changed but in game I have the default image of general.

Am I doing something wrong?Is it everybody or just me?

Also you can try ctrl+F5 after u change pic.

Same bug
