Option to disable open private messages in game

It'd be nice to disable private messages from players except for people you have in your friends list. I hate getting 5 people pr'ing me saying "50K WORLD 10 ALLIES 1 MORE NEEDED TO START" and whispering me to advertise their games. If people need to message me they can use the mail feature, I just get annoyed when people spam me with advertisements in whispers and sure I could ignore them but then I'd have to ignore a lot of players for something trivial and if they actually do need to contact me they won't be able to(as ignoring blocks mail from being sent as well).
Obviously you can toggle it off and on so your pr's are open to people

I don't think this is needed atm. Much bigger things to worry about. It doesn't really effect anyones gameplay.

Sure it's not top priority I guess but I don't think it's a bad idea to make the idea known

I literally addressed this, sure I can ignore them but then I can't interact with them at all(can't receive mail can't see their messages in help etc)
