Can I have more than one casual or other type of game going at once?

I am trying to play a 48 hr casual game with friends at work, and want to make another game to play with others why I wait for my friends at work...Is it possible or will erase my casual game with co-workers?

Also, does that work if I want to do a quick game as well? say a casual and a quick game at the same time? (my bad if that is what you meant in the first place)
