I was analising the unit stats on "Unit - Help" and has some discrepancies in the stats display in the game... its ok? Or is a mistake?

Nope, you must check/select these options to see their situational values instead of the base values.

When you hover over a stack and it shows the attack and defense numbers, this is for 'no strat' units. No bonuses are shown, nor are hitpoints factored in (particularly misleading when attacking for maps with unique units).

I think just marines dont show their defence bonus against infantry

Defence bonuses are hidden because they are mainly made for balance purpuses, not really an Strategy perk. In some cases, like Buildings or the Anti-aircraft vehicle, it's written on the description.
