Let a duel be deleted if both parties agree

Because atwar servers just disconnect me to much for mods to handle

Moderators do delete duels if both agree, just screenshot you guys both agreeing and tell the moderator which duel it is.

Life is too short for them to handle all their dcs, just have them handle help chat. It's bad enough as it is.
