Zooming issue

For some reason I can't zoom in ingame, I know it's not my mouse, because I used it in the scroll bar on the player list. And it really messes with how I play, I prefer my scroll zoom as to the "+" and "-" buttons.

It has become stuck for me after loading a map a couple of times. Moving the map around should solve this.

Now the issue isn't that I can't zoom at all, now it zooms just a tiny bit at a time
