asked for 50k duel on eu, i accpeted.......... we start duel and i am winning then he says "gg end turn i gave up". ends up he did not give up and full rushed my cap.... i thought this was no problem since i could easily recap , except i hit start turn and defeat pops up ( he changed setting to capture enemy cap for 0 turns for win without telling me ) Sorry i cannot provide screenshots since on a different laptop but if u know me u can trust me

Such stuff happened with me with different players, I didn't make a thread outta it tho,' elo comes and goes.

Tbh it's a setting you should have seen.

I'm not trying to be an asshole or prove in any way you are acting idiotically in any way,I'm being realistic so there is no misunderstandings later.

He is the host,he makes the settings,
You accept and are the guest,you check the settings.He won like a coward(which I doubt he is proud about it) but sadly there is nothing more you can do rather than banning him.

2. that was nothing to do with settings - you might as well have ended turn when he refreshed.

Duels should have to have certain perameters they must obey by to be considered an official duel nothing crazy like eu only or anything. But maybe default map and mod approved duel maps like ancient and wheel of war. Aswell they should not be able to change victory conditions a official fuel should be hold the enemies cap for two turns. All this extra shit you let these kids do doesn't add anything to the duel scene except cheap gimics like this. Aswell duels should be anonymous no rank limit and omitted from bans. It's about putting everyone on equal footing to compete. This isn't even a compition at this point.

I'm sure he's lost games before, I don't understand why the checkmate guy is so butthurt over one game, even if I pulled a sneaky move. I've seen a lot of high ranks prey on low ranks in regards to dueling; what makes a high rank worth more than a low rank?

Secondly, if it's "just a game" why are you taking it seriously enough to be cheating to win and thirdly and most importantly, congratulations. You've just ensured that Check doesn't need the screenshots to appeal to mods to get his elo back.

just develop a habit, whenever the person says he surrendered, either check or finish the turn anyway.
