Sending Protocoins

Would be really nice if instead of just having to buy protocoins for someone, you could also send the ones you already own.

It's especially useful when you get paid for map making or if it involves any sort of an agreement, for which you'd get a reward( in PCs).
This also removes the need to contact moderators or admins to do the transaction for you. Now, just do it yourself.






A response to criticism on the abuse of this feature:
There are many things admins can implement to avoid the abuse of this feature. For example, limit the rank at which it can be sent; Setting the minimum amount of PCs to be sent; Having a system which monitors who and how often( and based on that - regulations, like flood control = PCs control) sends PCs and many more!
