I would like to know if SMS payment will be enabled for brazil and when would this happen?

This is really not something we can control. Our SMS payments go through ZayPay - and I'm sure they have their own reasons for not having Brazil on the list. Anyway, we're planning to add more payment options in a couple of months, perhaps something for Brazil as well

is there chance to paid full premium by mobile phone from Macedonia?

If you make a konkrete account and conect it with AW you have a lot more options, maybe have a look there and you can find something for you.
