RULES

At start:
- Read rules in the Indian Ocean;
- Move your units and try to take control of the Ruler's Star. Who will take that city, will choose one of the 4 options, as explained in the map.

Then:
- Play respecting the chosen rules or you will be rogue and UN will kill you.
- If UN goes rogue, the four major powers (EU, USA, Russia, China) can cap him in the UN logo.
- Terrorists are ffa (UN can't attack them) from turn 3.

Events:
- turn 4-10 -> War for Mali (EU vs AU) (may be resolved in a diplomatic way)
- turns 4-10 -> Arab Spring (Turkey(+USA support) vs Arab League+Iran)
- turns 12-18 -> Afghanistan Liberation (Iran vs USA+EU+Turkey (war admitted only in Afghanistan and other near lands))
- turns 15-22 -> Ukrainian Crisis (Canada vs Russia) (EU may join on Canadian side from turn 17)
- turn 30 -> WW3 (UN should balance teams)
Other wars may heppen if UN allows them.

PS: UN income sucks because black eagles cost only 10$.
