How do I create Carriers in World 50k Map

Hi,
I've seen Aircraft Carriers in a game... how do I create them?

The base game on world map does not have any aircraft carrier unit. You may have saw a custom unit in a scenario game, that being a unit that was custom made for a different game, not the base world map. If you mean the Air transport, you can simply create it like any other unit in the scroll down menu.
