Protocoin Upgrades Active only when you are Online

Today I bought a 3 hour Incognito mode and named myself Denis the Penis. I was very unhappy that the server kept disconnecting so I did something else. I was upset to come back and not have my incognito mode anymore. That was 60 protocoins wasted on about 15 minutes at most when I was supposed to get 3 hours.

So I propose that these kinds of upgrades only last for the time you are online. For example, you can be on for one hour, go off and come back the next day and still have two hours left on your three hour incognito mode.

This would have less wasted protocoins.
