I miss UN

I genuinely miss UN games. Despite being a shitty game where you have the entire game controlled by some fucktard with a lot of units, it was infinitely better than RP, which is a cancer to AtWar. At least in UN the borders were fine and the balancing was genuinely okay. RP is a bunch of retarded lines on an unbalanced map.

And UN had more RPing than RP itself. It was fun conspiring with people like funding Terrorists, investing into wars, epic nuclear wars. Team wars. LoN was also great, you always get a epic team WW1. And if you're in luck, WW2

I remember when I was the USA and I preformed ''Operation Freedumb'', I would send a shitton ton of units to protect Europe from Russia.

Epic stuff man. RP doesn't give you that.

How is a game with some people being enormously OP being better. A game should be balanced and all players should have similar number of units to make the game fair. Any way this whole topic is useless as they are just different maps and there is nothing stoping you from playing UN games.

I'll say something honest for a second:
arent we making low ranks play RP because we set rank limits that make people want a higher rank, causing people to play RP because its the fastes way to get SP?

the most honest rank 5 i've met in a long time told me, after i proposed him a 3v3, that RP just gives more SP...

I like both UN's and RP. They have tons of units, you learn somenthing called "Reinformeds efficiently" which you can only learn in default map under specific scenarios.

Besides tutorial, I think UN was my first game. I picked the Swedish bank cuz they wer small and looked fun, idk y I did. Un dude asks me "u kno wat ur doin" my response: "ofc I do!" Turn 1, I had 50rfs in each city, so I was like, I'm gonna go take Europe. So I did. I apparently went "rogue" and took France, Spain, Germany, and Italy. Then un intervenes and it was no longer fun..... Man those wer the days
