I'm going to show my age here, but when I was younger I owned a copy of Buck Rogers Battle for the 25th Century. The game had lots of problems but it did have one very cool feature: the game was played on a solar system scale so the planets moved in their orbits from turn to turn changing the relative positions between worlds, and thus introducing a whole new level of strategy.
So the question: can a AtWar map be made like this? One where the planets move a certain amount of distance every turn?
