Transport Ships traversing on land

Higher ranks would essentially choose option B and the lower ranks the other.

There are no collective information concerning such strategy (in the forums and on the net as far as I know) and remains only known to THESE higher ranks. We, the lower ranks who has no idea how to counter 2 transport shipa from the west shores of the italian peninsula sailing to athens with 30 infantry. And no, they didnt traverse the southern straights but straight through land on which I assume their boats got wheels on and ours dont.

No Air Transports, just Naval Transports. With a disfigured General on it.

And we get to be called noobs for our inability to halt the "Obvious". Rome to Athens via Naval Transports IS very obvious, right.
I was too busy panicking to take a screenshot but such scenarios exist. Thought its a minor blockade of my atwar experience but its exploitable to lower ranks. Because we have no idea how and what the hell happened.

I don't get what you are describing is range addition. If a transport can get extra range by adding another transport to the stack. So transport with 0 range + transport with 6 range = 2 transports with 3 range each.

And no transports can't move on land if it did its a bug.

Also secret canals exist in game for example from Hamburg to Baltic Sea.

The Kiel Canal is indeed very useful if you ever need to stack units in Stockholm for whatever reason.

The Topic is about naval transports traversing on land NOT range addition. The two are unrelated but I do know (But Im too slow to use them) of the these said canals and straights. Again, I was panicking to bother a screenshot.

In addition, i's not as though high ranks have a secret club that we meet at every Friday to discuss all the "secrets" to the game. Every person has discovered them on his or her own. If you truly wish to find out how to cross over some of the land pieces in the game, simply make a forum post requesting someone to show you how it's done.

Im pretty sure he didnt went to the southern straights of the peninsula. I know how to navigate most of the "Secret Canals" these high ranks offered.

I'm absolutely sure. 30 inf, 2 transports, 1 gen landed on Athens. The Path he took shows the stack came from Rome. None from the southern straights. No movement from stealth units. no air transports around the vicinity. And no, I am not high playing. Rome-Athens via 2 Naval trans.
