[Sign Ups] 4th Clan War Tournament

Introduction
Coalitions will be versing each other in multiple areas of atWar: 1v1s, team games, and Scenarios. Each stage will have a points system; whoever has the most points when the Tournament is said and done wins.

PS: There are three stages, one is 1v1, another is team games, and another is scenarios. below this is stage one.


Stage One, Part One - 1v1 on EU+ | Not Started
Each win for a clan will gain them 1 point.

Participants will be matched to their skill level.

Map Preset: EU+
Rares: Off
Extra Cities: On
Funds: 10k
Minutes: 3-4m


Stage One, Part Two - 1v1 on Ancient | Not Started
Each win for a clan will gain them 1 point.

Participants will be matched to their skill level.

Settings
Game Type: Kt's west only
Turn duration: 4 mins
Starting funds: 5k
Maximum players: 2*
Joining until week: 0*
Victory: Capture player capital and hold for at least 2 turns*
Game duration: 50 turns
Rares: None
Initial countries: 1*
Allow rejoining: Off
Disable uprades: Off
Disable strategies: Off


Stage One, Part Three - 1v1 on Destoria | Not Started
Each win for a clan will gain them 1 point.

Participants will be matched to their skill level.

I think thats too many 1v1s, for "clan war tour". 1v1 are duels. Maybe one game 1v1. rest 2v2, 3v3... But nvm, eagle, don and someone other gonna play for MK.

Any 'Clan' tournament should not have an element of 1v1, 2v2 upwards sure but 1v1 doesn't prove anything for a clan or competitive team games

It actually does. In clans such as mine we have guides on 1v1ing and in many cases they help each other out. In clans like Doxa players like froyer take lower ranks in to teach them in areas such as these; hence why they turn out to be good in the end as a clan worked together to get each other that way. It also shows how clans can also work alone in areas such as these individually

Also this tournament will include 2v2 n other things. This is just stage one.

Teaching your grandmother to suck eggs comes to mind on the guides and training new players......

Anyways my personal opinion is that a clan tournament minimum should be 2v2 - especially if this is a continuation of a previous series with traditions etc

Also your point would could make sense but inevitably clans will use their best for 1v1 most of who will have learnt in other clans also so will not prove anything.

Messages have been sent out, clans not participating have exactly one day to join before we start the tournament.
