Chat moderators

I believe there is a great need of chat moderators seing the influx of racial comments, spam and non-english conversations has been on the high side. Everyone would probably prefer keeping global open then having to close it because of the ruleviolating shit being said in there.

We're working on a solution, either involving mods or some kind of automatic system.

It would be nice to have global chat set to off automatically I always forget to do it myself.

Saving the disabled channels in a cookie or something like that would be a great thing!
