Help, games tab is not loading properly

Hey, so Its been working for ever but when i tried to play today it just wouldn't load. I've tried clearing cache, I've tried on Chrome, Safari, and firefox. I found some kind of error when i looked at the console in chrome, but i have no idea what it means and how to fix it. I've also tried using a guest account to see if it works, same problem

Any ideas?

Edit: So i showed a techy friend of mine the console and he says that code behind the site is failing to grab the remotely located resources it needs to show content.

Use this link instead.

Description of Problem
The games page is blank.

Notes:
The first two error messages were at the start.
The third error message was when I clicked 'create game'
The fourth error message was when I clicked the 'casual' tab.
It is unknown when the fifth error message appeared.

Attempted Solutions
Attempting to use different browsers (on both incognito and non-incognito modes)
Attempting to use alts to play.
Restarting the browsers to ensure that it's not a browser problem
Restarting the computer as it's the default first attempted solution for every problem.
Restarting the router to ensure that it's not a connectivity problem.
Restarting myself to ensure that it's not some amazing hallucination that I can take screenshots of.
Left the problem alone for an hour in hope of a magical solution before retrying.
Clearing caches.

I have attempted to use another language and it seems to work.
However, I really don't feel like talking about war in chinese for the whole day.

Note that all attempted solutions failed.
Notes:
This problem was discovered when I attempted to start playing atwar at the start of the day - there was no triggering event.
Other websites can be loaded perfectly.

On a side note, I don't understand how a server could fail to return the resources necessary for the game page and not fail to do so for other pages - with only me suffering from the lack of resources. Can the admins please explain to me how this happened (I'm interested in computer science, not being demanding here)?

On yet another side note, could someone explain to me how Hypertext Transfer Protocol can cause resources to not be returned for only some people?

Hardly you will find someone to answer your questions especially admins since they are innactice for the moment.

Although it is not impossible to find someone answering your question.
