I was wondering about how many cities and countries exist in the whole game (with and without the 100+). Also, someone knows where i can find lists about countries stats offgame.?

I don't think either of those exist readily. You could ask Ivan since I assume he'd know, but why do you really need this?

I would say for non 100+ there are around 200+ countries with 500+ cities (close to 600 or 700) then 100+ adds 20ish more countries and more than 100 (maybe 120ish) cities

Most common estimate for countries in the world is 196... The US Department of State recognizes 195 and as for Afterwind I have no idea, especially for the cities.
