If you look at the script you're freaking out about, you'll see it's Piwik. Piwik is an open source analytics software. (It's now called Matomo, read here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matomo_(software))

Now that we've cleared that up, what I want to know is... why are you using inspect element, hmm?
