According to this image from the Daily Mail, this is where all the nukes are. I imagine they would stay where they originally are.
I believe this only accounts for ICBM's and maybe the bombs though.

So you think they'd stay put, but what you think about who deserves them? Which state(s) For example Russia got Soviet nukes because it took duty over Soviet debt and successor rights, so if US collapse, who inherits that?
What do you mean by saying ICBM and bombs? I dont understand; do you mean silo-based nukes like Minuteman and bomber-carried nukes or the complete triad?
