What does it matter if he latejoined? If the people don't like latejoiners, they just can set the game to no latejoiners ... and other people don't have to join the game, too, if they see that latejoin is on.
Avatar is still a great player and even though he lacks in English, he makes it all back in gameplay.
Respect, Avatar. Seems like you have earned your rank fairly well.
