disqualification ? i had kept my 1st place for 2 months there was no real opponent for me for 1st place (except kord but he stopped dueling) and your suggestion to disqualify us is nonsense
we didn't anything illegal and there were tons of players who were doing this before us and they aren't punished because it is legal

1) You are not a Mod.
2) You can't interpret the rules.

3) And if you can, then I can do it too. 3rd rules doesn't prevent Elo bets as it is not considered as "exploitable". A bet is earned like any normal ELO, two players battling for a reward.
