It's not 'fraud' as you put it to change the victory conditions in a game. That player as every right to do so, even if he is dueling high or low ranks. Changing victory conditions is part of the game. These players should know to check the settings. If the game has started before you get a chance to do so, you check whilst your opponent is picking. It's easiest to talk about it when you are experienced rank 10 and when you know the stuff. But when you warn and teach all lower ranks that starting victory condition can be changed and how to check it in-game, then your sentences will be valid.

thats a lesser problem... issue is players who refuse to fight equals or better
giving players the option to limit who they want to fight in duels is ridiculous in any real competition

Let me ask you, what you say/said about case when whole Elo was removed from El Creyente, Soldier and almost clovis because of 'farming' or giving Elo to each other?

Victory conditions are apart of this game; they are made to be changed. Alts are always going to be used, and if someone wants to play on a second account and duel they can do that. Same goes for Clan wars on a separate account. It has been done so many times, but no fuss has ever been made of it.
Once again, these players broke no rules, and are allowed to duel whoever they choose. They gained their elo in a fair manner. Mods have no reason to remove someone from the elo leaderboard just because of who they play.

But of course someone like yourself is against this. You have a vested interest in how this shakes up. You want to be apart of the leaderboard, and make sure these people aren't standing in your way. Removing these players would only be an injustice to the atwar community.

Play who you wish, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

And I will do whatever I want with things I made from any possible reasons. And they are not because I wasnt right somewhere, but because I got bored of how people cannot take a positive critics (as that one for suppoerters).

Well that isn't really to big of a problem. Maybe a player doesn't want to play a stronger player just yet. Maybe they feel their experience is not yet matched to this player. Players like to play less experienced players to hone in on skills/ and techniques. *note, I'm taking the liberty of assuming this is their viewpoint.

Of course some players can deny this statement, and say, it will be faster to play high ranks and learn from them. But maybe they do not see it this way. Allow a player to play who they want, after all this is just a game

There is no positive side to your story, all you're doing is bashing players. Nobody seeks to remove these players from the leaderboard simply because they play only low ranks. That is arguably cheap but you are correct that it does not break any rules. The issue is the settings changes and the manner in which it is done. We have plenty of player testimony and in some cases screenshots. We could hunt down more of the victims to seek more ofc. But you only need to look at the fact that the duels are 2 turn games to realise whats going on. Only an experienced duelist who has been burned before would think to be monitoring the settings both before the game starts and when picks have started.

There are 2 parties at fault here. 1. the game which is not more visible in what settings are being played. And 2. the player who is exploiting the naivety of low ranks in order to gain elo. You cannot put the blame on these players for not checking the settings. This happened to me as a r3, my first ever duel, i was not impressed but i didn't know better. The high rank certainly knew what he was doing and this could hurt the game. It is definitely not outrageous to interpret these acts as a breach of rule 1.3. We would be wrong to outright punish the players who do this with a ban or whatever. But they definitely should and will be removed from the seasonal race. Not doing so would be the true injustice. The 1v1 system was designed to find the best duelist, not the players who are best at exploiting the system.

This is not supporter forum, this is not theme about my 2 deleted threads from yesterday (about Anthony and about supporters which WASN'T deleted by me) and this is not theme where you can be relevant, at least not fully. I think their viewpoint is more... "im gona grind on weak players, avoid fighting battles i cant win and i will easily come high on a leaderboard"
In reality of course you cant make players play who they dont want anyway... they can always use private duels or back out,so there is no point

Perhapse making a season longer, to only 2 a year would balance out things... there is no more grinding beyond certain elo difference and i wanted that difference to be even smaller but there is what it is.

The blame can be put on both the players and the admins. The players for not acknowledging the type of game they are joining, and what settings are set for that particular game. All it takes is for a player to read before he joins a game, considering he has already done so to see what game he is even joining. As for the admins, It should be made known in the tutorial of the game that settings can be changed, and what these differing gameplay settings offer for gameplay experience.
Supporting my previous statements removing someone from the leaderboards, or imposing some sort restriction on them for taking full advantage of gameplay features would truly be an injustice.

I had to take some time before writing this post to do some research into these players being discussed.
I could only find that one of the players had a few games where the turns were maxed at 2. As for the other, his duel list looked perfectly fine in terms of ranks, and number of turns played.

W4r is just trolling, or he has no clue what is going on

there is 2 different concept at stake here:

1 Farming: dueling less skilled players under fair conditions to grind elo (ie risk reward ratio bad but % chance winning 99%)
2 Exploiting: setting the duel in such a way you are 100% sure of winning
this is what both these guys do: set up the duel 50K Eur+, put the victory conditions as capture Greece and hold it 0 turns. Wait for a prey. Once prey come in pıck Turkey if u are first. if he picks turkey kick him. You have absolutely 0 chance of losing.Repeat as many tımes as needed
This is not farming, this is an exploit of an otherwise useless feature. That is called cheating.

Perhaps his intention is to steal elo that way. Or perhaps his intention is to play a different variation of the game. If a player joins and doesn't read the settings of the game, then it is that players fault for losing the game.

I have nothing against a player playing against a low rank player. whether it be duels clan wars or any type of scenario.
I also have nothing against a player changing the victory settings in his own game. Those settings are made to be changed to add variation to the standard map.

If anything I put blame on the Admins/Moderators for not making the game settings known to all new players. Quick fix to this solution, make it known to the community that this can be done.

In this year of your aw life you could only see few hdrakon's comments which were not acceptd by community, neither by admins and also a few ones accepted by whole community and admins.

Just because he has someone who doesn't like him like every other player, it still doesn't allow you to trashtalk him because you know even know nothing about hdrakon, especially now while he is inactive.
