I would also like to call MS and EC attention to do their cw. I will give 2 more days after the deadline to do it ... and if one of you dont post proofs that the other clan avoided the cw will be a loss for both.

The fact that you are handing out trophies for 3 clans in a 8 clan tournament is just stupid. It is basically trophy farming. That's like me starting a 8 person tournament and giving out 3 trophies to first, second and third.

That is entirely against the point. Rewarding 3 trophies for a competition that involves 8 participants of any kind is just plain dumb. You are rewarding almost half the competitors with a prize. This isn't kindergarten. Not everyone is a winner.

Well what can you do? You made a valid point but at the end of the day it really does not matter. Generally if you disagree with something a member of Illyria does, it does not matter if you make a logical point, does not matter if others may be in agreement with you. At the end of the day it will be trivialized or ignored and you will need to argue at the level of a 5 yr old eventually so it will just be pointless. At the end of the day it has been clearly demonstrated that the host of this tournament will do as he pleases because it is his tournament and nothing else matters. Seems better to just care less and have more fun.

Spart has a point, but what can we do, the only way one of these tourneys function is with an 8 clan bracket, maybe more games are needed and just a winners and runners up trophy, but i see none of you critics suggesting better solutions, just vaguely hinting that they exist.

Your previous post was mostly just another attack on illyria. Do you think we're not aware of the problem of the small number of available clans to form a bracket?

I simply said that we could just remove the trophy reward. The tournament will be kept track of in the Hall of Fame section so everyone will know who won and such. But season trophies are enough. Handing out trophies for every 8 coalition tournament that is made is just overkill and trophy farming IMO. Bragging rights and a spot in the Hall of Fame should be award enough. Maybe the creator can give PC to the players who win the Finals for their coalition?
