Pause feature for games

Now im not sure on the details of this, but it would be nice to have a pause feature for games.

just so that if someone disconnects or has to go afk briefly the game can be paused til they reconnect.

perhaps something along the lines of another game i play called age of empires, where each player has 3 pauses each.

Lol such a cynic, well on the other game i mentioned out of several 100 games that ive played ive only ever encountered 1 pause button troll and he was annoying for about 30 seconds until all his pauses ran out.

this is why i said im not sure on the details, but some untrollable way to pause games would be nice.

You can change the time to casual
I think this was already suggested before, or saving, and admins know this.

But this idea is not so good. Maybe, in AoE everyone has 3 pauses each but this it not AoE where you open your hamachi and play with trusted people. This is AW where most of people are really mean. This could be abused so easily.
