As I understand it the game currently uses some sort of randomizer algorithm to get the points and the 'chances' are equal. I propose it's changed so units have values that are more or less likely, having only 1 point, or max critical should be a lot less likely then values differing not that much from the average. F.e. A militia, 2 attack is 2-3x likely, 1 and 3 attack is 1x likely. critical working on the same system but also with a crit or no crit 50-50 chance before the roll of value.
